        Akmyradova Ogulsuray (Muradova) was born on October 8, 1959, in the village of Geokcha, Vekil-Bazar district, Turkmenistan.
She graduated in 1981 from the Turkmen State Art School named after Shota Rustaveli in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Her teacher was A. Almamedov.
       She graduated in 1987 from the I.E. Repin St. Petersburg Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture, with a degree in Easel Painting. Her teacher was Y.M. Neprintsev.
      She was a member of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan from 1990 to 2024.
     Her works are held in museums and private collections in various countries.
