*GTnArt, Do You ship internationally?
-Yes! We’re fulfilling International orders and We Love that Our Masterpieces finding Beautiful new Houses all around the Globe!
*GTnArt, Do You do take bulk orders?
– Generally no! GTnArt is the Two People Show and they are handmade Masterpieces. Each of them takes so much time (some of them up to 6month) to make, so You’re guaranteed a Piece that is one of kind. But We can commission some pieces, like a mini canvas paintings, hand made gift items, etc, in more than one pieces. But, if any special and creatively interesting to Us order it’s possible.
*Do You offer discounts or giveaways?
-Yes! We do time to time discounts or giveaways, especially for New Year, Ramadan or other festive days. Be sure Subscribe Our emails to be the first to hear about sales, new offerings and Art & Cultural news.
*Can I request a custom order/commissions?
-Absolutely! We’ll Love to create a Unique, Special piece for You! Any creative ideas in Your mind – Welcome! You can fill up “Commission” form and send Us Your request. If You inteested in work of Our Artists, Designers, fell free contact them directly.
*Are You teaching Art?
-Yes! We do in Person Art classes if You are based in UAE and soon will launching different online Art Classes. So, send Your request and We’ll put You in Our “Waiting list”.
*My order says it’s shipped/delivered, but I don’t received?
– Oh, sorry for that! From Our side We do the best to fast and properly sent Your orders, but if a package is lost or stolen You must file a report with Your local post office contacting Us and send proof of the report. Please, make sure You put correct Name and address when submitting Your order! We’re not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed order.
*I input the wrong shipping address. Can I cancel my order?
– If the Customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order already shipped, We’re not liable to replace the items. It’s the Customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing details.
*I commissioned Art Work, but now I changed my mind, can I cancel My order?
– There are absolutely no refunds ones We start working on Your commission.
*I’m interested commission some Artist in Your Community, how can I do that?
-Welcome! Our Community Artists will do Your commission with Love! You can directly contact Artist via their Social contact details in Our Website.
